SaskExpress Musical Theatre Studio Saskatoon is expanding and we are looking for qualified, caring Jazz and Ballet instructors to join our team!
Our program consists of competitive and recreational dance classes as well as musical productions and performance groups. We are fortunate to work with a great group of young people and families in an inclusive, supportive environment. We offer competitive wages, based on training and experience.
SaskExpress Saskatoon has just moved to a brand new location with spacious studios, a staff room. family-area and free parking. In this space we have room to grow, offering fantastic opportunities for our team to develop as choreographers and teachers. We also have administrative support so you can focus on what matters; the students!
Ideally, you should be:
- A strong dance technician
- Comfortable working with a variety of ages
- Able to provide quality instruction in a positive manner
- Able to commit to a September to May teaching schedule (with potential summer contracts if you are interested)
CDTA & RAD accreditation is an asset. However we are wiling to work with individuals who are interested in pursuing accreditation.

The Dance Zone School of Dancing is accepting resumes for our 2019/2020 season. We are located in Weyburn, approx 60 min south of Regina. We are a competitive and exam studio.
We seek a skilled, energetic, enthusiastic instructor to join our dance family and lead competitive dance classes in multiple genres, focusing on Inter - Advanced teen classes. *Tap is required.
Our season runs Sept to end of May with summer intensive opportunities. Must be available 1-2 weekday evenings. We attend 3-5 competitions each season.

Our studio environment offers unique opportunities for our teachers to lead, grow, connect, and express their creativity. Students are placed in classes according to age and skill level. Teachers will teach dance technique and choreography to be performed in competitions and on stage for our year-end showcases.

The Hudson Bay Dance Centre is seeking a Full Time Dance Instructor for the 2019-2020 Dance Season. Instructor will teach the following genres of dance: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern and Lyrical. Acro and Musical Theatre is an asset. The Hudson Bay Dance Centre runs classes from Mondays to Thursdays, but are willing to adapt to instructors schedule and also willing to take on more than one Instructor for different days if need be. Wages are negotiable based on experience and a travel allowance will be provided. Hudson Bay is located 45 minutes from the Manitoba border, and 115 km from Tisdale. Borden Dance Club is looking for a dance instructor for the upcoming 2019/2020 dance season. The club has been in operation for 15 years in the community of Borden. Borden is located approximately 50km NW of Saskatoon on divided highway. We offer ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre and acro. Our club has approximately 45 dancers ranging in age from 3-18 years. The club usually attends two competitions a year. Classes are held on Monday's from 3:30pm to 10:00pm at the Borden Community Center. Our dance season runs from early September to our year end recital at the end of April or beginning of May, approximately 26 weeks.
The successful candidate would work with our executive committee, communicate with students and parents and be dedicated to the well-being and instruction of our dance students. Instructors are responsible for teaching and choreography of groups and solos competitions. Certification and experience is an asset but not necessarily required.
